Harmonic Farewell provides a bespoke digital song-creation service designed to honour and remember a loved one.

By purchasing or using our service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Harmonic Farewell provides a digital-only service.
No physical goods are supplied.

What you receive:

• Custom-created, downloadable audio files
• Delivery via email and QR code access

All songs are created using the information you provide.

Each song is:

• Individually created
• Personal and emotionally specific
• Made uniquely for you and your family

Because of this, Harmonic Farewell is classed as a bespoke digital service.

• All services are offered at a fixed price
• Payment is taken upfront and in full
• No deposits or staged payments are available
• Payment is accepted via card and PayPal

Work will only begin once:

• Full payment has been received, and
• All required information has been submitted by the purchaser

Once payment and all requested information have been received, we aim to provide three song samples within 48 hours.

Please note:

• This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee
• Delays may occur due to high demand or the creative nature of the work

We reserve the right to adjust timelines where reasonably necessary.

Your purchase includes:

• Three revisions to the chosen song

A revision may include:

• Lyrical amendments
• Wording changes
• Minor tonal adjustments

It is important to understand that any amendments to the chosen song may naturally affect the overall style, tone, pacing, or emotional feel of the music.
While every effort is made to preserve the original spirit of the song, changes can result in subtle or noticeable differences in delivery or mood.

A revision does not include:

• A completely new musical style
• A fundamentally different song direction

Requests that significantly alter the structure or style of the song may be treated as a new request and may not be included within the standard revision allowance.

If none of the initial three song samples feel right, we will, as a gesture of goodwill, provide an additional three song samples at no extra cost.

This goodwill gesture does not create an obligation for further revisions beyond this point.

Due to the bespoke nature of the service:

• A partial refund of 50% is available only at the sample stage
• Once the final song has been delivered, no refunds are available

If communication stops:

• If no response is received for 14 days, the project will be considered inactive
• No refund will be available after this point

Once the final song has been delivered:

• You own the song outright
• You may share it privately or publicly
• You may use it freely at funerals or memorial services

Harmonic Farewell retains no ownership over the final song.

Harmonic Farewell provides a creative service only.

We do not provide:

• Counselling
• Therapy
• Medical or psychological advice

Our service may evoke strong emotional responses.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this emotional aspect.

If you feel distressed or overwhelmed, we gently encourage seeking support from a qualified professional or trusted support network.

Songs are created solely from the information provided by the purchaser.

Harmonic Farewell:

• Does not verify factual accuracy
• Is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misstatements in supplied content

Please review all submitted information carefully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Harmonic Farewell shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline requests that are unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate
• Suspend or refuse service where necessary to protect our team or the integrity of the service

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
