Who we are

Harmonic Farewell (we, us, our) creates bespoke memorial songs and tribute videos. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us. You can reach us at here@harmonicfarewell.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
• The story you share about your loved one and any photographs you upload.
• Order and payment metadata processed by Stripe (we never see full card details).
• Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

How we use it

• To produce, deliver and support your song or tribute video.
• To send order updates, sample previews and the final files by email.
• To handle payments, refunds and any disputes.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers, and the AI tools used to draft samples. We do not sell your data, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting. Photos and story text are kept while we produce your song and for a short window after delivery, then deleted on request. Email us to ask for earlier removal.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email here@harmonicfarewell.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working and analytics cookies (only after consent) to understand which pages help families most. You can change your cookie choices at any time from the banner on the site.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for significant changes, email customers with active orders.
