Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

1. About us

Harmonic Farewell creates bespoke memorial songs and tribute videos. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If something is unclear, please email us at here@harmonicfarewell.co.uk before you order.

2. What we deliver

  • A bespoke memorial song (audio file) or a song with a tribute video, produced from the story and photos you provide.
  • Three sample songs to choose from, then the finished file(s) delivered within 48 hours of order in the vast majority of cases.
  • Files are for personal, non-commercial use: at services, gatherings, and as a private keepsake to share with family and friends.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about your loved one and the people in any photos.
  • Only upload photographs you have the right to use. By uploading you confirm you have permission from anyone identifiable in the images.
  • Respond to sample previews promptly so we can hit the 48-hour window.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the order page and include all production costs. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Vouchers, when issued, are single-use and have no cash value.

5. Revisions and refunds

Full details are in our Refund Policy. In short: we send three sample songs, you pick the one that feels right, and we finish the production around your choice. If the result genuinely is not what you needed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to put it right or refund where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid, you receive a perpetual licence to use the song and video for personal and family purposes, including at the funeral or memorial. Harmonic Farewell retains the underlying copyright in the master and may use anonymous excerpts for portfolio purposes only with your written consent.

7. Liability

We will always do our best to deliver on time and to a high standard. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
