Refund Policy

Our promise

Every song is bespoke. We want every family to feel the result was worth it, so we build choice and revisions into the process before the final file is produced.

How sample selection works

Within 24 hours of your order we send three sample songs, each with a different feel. You pick the one that fits, and we produce the final version around your choice. This is the simplest way to make sure the song is right.

Before you have chosen a sample

• Cancel any time before you select a sample for a full refund, less any payment processing fees charged by Stripe.
• If none of the three samples feel right, tell us. We will send a fresh round at no extra cost.

After delivery

• Small tweaks (a name spelling, a date, a lyric line) are included for free within 14 days of delivery.
• If something is genuinely wrong with the finished work, email us within 14 days and we will redo the affected section at no charge.
• Because each song is uniquely created for you, full refunds after final delivery are at our discretion and considered case by case.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law. Bespoke (made-to-order) digital content is generally exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun, which is why we offer the sample-selection step before final production.

How to request a refund

Email here@harmonicfarewell.co.uk with your order reference and a short note. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve refund requests within seven working days.
